Reconnect with Yourself, Thrive in Life
My Approach
In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to feel disconnected from ourselves, leading to stress, anxiety, and strained relationships. But healing starts from within. My approach focuses on helping you reestablish that vital connection with your body and mind, laying the foundation for lasting healing and growth. Using a combination of curiosity, humor, encouragement, and evidence-backed techniques, such as EMDR, we will work together to meet your goals. You’re ready to break free from the past and THRIVE rather than just survive.
What Do You Want to Embody?
“Embodiment" refers to the state of being physically present, and fully integrating certain qualities, principles, or experiences into one's being or identity. Your nervous system is the key to how you experience the world. Trauma, stress, and past experiences can dysregulate it, impacting your emotions, behaviors and relationships. You might feel exhausted, trapped by past experiences or worries about the future, and tired of questioning yourself and where you're headed. Learning how to regulate your nervous system will help to foster a sense of safety, allowing you to be fully present and define what you want for yourself and your future. It’s time to reclaim your life.

About Me
With over 5 years of experience, I specialize in working with survivors of interpersonal violence, PTSD, anxiety, veterans and military family members, and neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder). I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy, both effective forms of treatment for trauma and stress. Additionally, I am a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, and use this knowledge to support parents in creating a more peaceful and functioning environment at home.
Outside of the therapy office, you can usually find me exploring the outdoors with my family, trying out a new restaurant, or lost in a good book. My favorite way to de-stress at the end of a long day is by dancing it out in my living room.
